Be at the heart of driving the marketing strategy for the Community Care group further forward, your focus will be on delivering continued value for our customers.
Overall responsibility overseeing a comprehensive marketing strategy to maximise attendance to our virtual and face-to-face events.
Deliver effective marketing campaigns to grow and retain engagement with our subscription product, Community Care Inform.
Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and operational activity to attract active and passive job seekers to our jobs and careers site.
Responsibility for the marketing strategy and collateral that supports the sales teams with new customer acquisitions across the Community Care portfolio
Prepare and oversee annual marketing budgets. A strong commercial and business acumen is a must.
Manage, coach and develop the marketing executiveManage the external supplier relationships for our events to maximise the value of their services to the group.

We are offering flexible working, a hybrid model. We are working in the Sutton, Greater London office 2 days a week (if you want to work from the office for more than 2 days you are most welcome) You have the opportunity to work 3 days remotely.
