BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Mark Allen is a forward-thinking, inclusive media company celebrating yet another record year of success, and we're excited to be looking for a Business Development Executive to show off their transferrable sales skills and join our welcoming team on our education portfolio.
We offer continuous learning and development, hybrid working, and a salary of up to £31,000 plus commission (circa £7,000 in year one) and benefits.
You'll work across our two leading education titles: Head Teacher Update, for primary school leaders; and SecEd, for secondary school leaders Selling creative solutions to your customer base so they can reach a targetted audience
Work with sector-leading organisations to work in partnership to deliver bespoke podcasts, webinars, and content-led solutions as well as campaigns through web advertising and newsletter sponsorships
Sell on sector-leading events - we have four annual conferences that attract school leaders from across the country
You will thrive in this role in this role if you enjoy
Building relationships with existing clients, finding new clients to introduce your brands to and demonstrating the benefit of spending their advertising and marketing budgets with you. This can be over the phone, via social platforms, or face-to-face.

We offer hybrid working. We are working in the office 2 days a week (if you want to work from the office for more than 2 days you are most welcome) and have the opportunity to work 3 days remotely.
