Mark Allen is celebrating yet another record year of success and we're excited to be looking for a Marketing Manager to be a key part of our leadership team and own the event marketing (physical and virtual) across the Community Care portfolio which sits in the social care sector.

The Opportunity
- Be at the heart of driving the marketing strategy for the Community Care group further forward, your focus will be on delivering continued value for our customers
- Overall responsibility for the marketing and operations of our virtual events
- Oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy to maximise attendance at our virtual and face-to-face events
- Deliver effective marketing campaigns to grow and retain engagement with our subscription product, Community Care Inform
- Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and operational activity to attract active and passive job seekers to our jobs and careers site
- Manage the external supplier relationships for our events to maximise the value of their services to the group
- Responsibility for the marketing strategy and collateral that supports the sales teams with new customer acquisitions across the Community Care portfolio
- Prepare and oversee annual marketing budgets
- Manage, coach and develop the marketing executive

We are offering flexible working, a hybrid model. We are working in the Sutton, Greater London office 2 days a week (if you want to work from the office for more than 2 days you are most welcome) You have the opportunity to work 3 days remotely.
