We offer continuous learning and development, hybrid working, and a salary range of £25,000 -£27,000 plus commission and benefits. 

To give you an idea of how this Sales Executive role would look and feel, here are some of the things you can expect to learn to do

• Develop strong relationships with clients to retain and grow business, incorporating new and innovative advertising and marketing strategies.
• Take ownership of recruitment revenues, supported by your sales manager.
• Help grow and evolve both Nursery World and CYP Now to provide wider recruitment services including employer branding opportunities.
• Stay on top of trends in the recruitment industry as well as developments across early years and youth services.

Children and Young People Now - CYP Now is a unique publication, bringing together an army of dedicated professionals working across youth services, the early years, social work, safeguarding, and children in care.

Skills required

• A passion and willingness to learn
• Confidence in selling over the phone, face-to-face, and via video call, you love to engage with people! 
• An interest in education and the early years sector.

The position would suit someone who is passionate about delivering ideas in the form of advertising and recruitment solutions.

How are we working at the moment... 

We have a hybrid working in place, where we are working in the office 2 days a week (if you want to work from the office for more than 2 days you are most welcome) and have the opportunity to work 3 days remotely.
