DATA ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE 

A chance to immerse yourself in managing multiple data projects simultaneously so if you have a sharp eye for detail and renowned organisational skills, you will flourish in this role! There are multiple projects running concurrently, so this is a project management-type role.

This role comes with a salary of £24,000 as well as multiple benefits.

We're offering hybrid working, with two days a week working from our office in Dartford. Free parking is available. 

To give you an idea of how our Data Acquisition Executive role would look and feel, here are some of the things you can expect to do.

• Working in our highly renowned data team, running, controlling and scheduling email campaigns to ensure maximum impact.
• Project management - for each project,  you will need to agree on the list-building specification/criteria with the commissioning stakeholder in the business. 
• Assess the viability and cost of any data readily available, versus a project to create a new data set from scratch. If a new build is required, then from the brief provided, interpret and create a formal brief for the list-building agency. 
• Agree on the brief with everyone involved as well as the deadlines and budget.
• Review the first batch of data to ensure it matches the specification, in terms of quality and accuracy. Then as the batches are returned, again review them to ensure they are on spec, process and upload to the appropriate systems. 

If you have experience using the below we'd love to hear from you but the most important skill you can bring to the table is a willingness to learn as our expert team can teach you how things work. 

• Html creation 
• Excel (particularly data manipulation)
• Access (useful, but not essential)
• Word (data merging with template letters)
• Email bulk delivery systems (preferably Adestra)
• Email deliverability knowledge (helpful, but not expected)
• GDPR working knowledge
