ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Community Care
As Account Executive, you will be responsible for working with Local Authorities and Trusts across England and Wales to attract, recruit, and retain social work staff. You will use your sales and recruitment expertise to develop and implement creative solutions that meet the needs of our customers across the social care sector.
We offer continuous learning and development, hybrid working, and a salary of up to £30,000 plus 25% OTE and benefits.
What will you be doing?
- Obtain knowledge and insight in the social care sector and be part of something that makes a real difference.
- Have responsibility for renewing existing clients, increasing contracted business and winning new business.
- Create and develop innovative solutions to sometimes complex and difficult customer challenges within public sector organisations.
- Manage and build direct relationships with multiple stakeholders within the social work and care sector
- Plan and prospect effectively to ensure a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Identify and build relationships with key decision makers/influencers and establish a network of contacts within customer organisations
- Gain fulfilment from consulting with customers to help showcase them as an employer of choice.
- Be part of a sales team, who set themselves apart from the marketplace with the quality of their approach, innovative ideas and customer solutions.
- Reaching out to new business and existing accounts via all mediums (phone, face-to-face meetings, etc)

Location: Herne Hill, or Sutton office - or mix it up and work in both!
We are offering hybrid working, currently working in the office 2 days a week (if you want to work from the office for more than 2 days you are most welcome) as of 11th September we will be working 3 days in the office.
