With 550 talented individuals across 7 offices, we’re recruiting a Project Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our Healthcare team in South London.
Our Project Manager role is a hybrid position that involves three days in-office at our Herne Hill location. The starting salary is £32,000 plus company benefits.

- Project manage a wide range of client-sponsored projects across the healthcare industry, from supplements and webinars to consensus documents and conferences.
- A supportive team that works together to deliver approximately five projects per month, maintaining high quality standards.

- Responsibility to provide client and author liaison throughout the whole project lifecycle

And What We Ask In Return:
- Project management expertise. You will support the Head of Projects with day-to-day delivery tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Exceptional organisational skills. You will use project-management software to track progress and ensure smooth project execution.
- Strong communication. Liaising with clients, authors, and internal teams will be key to ensuring successful outcomes.
- Attention to detail. You will commission editorial content, check references, and coordinate editorial and press activities schedules.
- Willingness to travel. Occasionally, you will attend conferences and events to support project delivery.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Lists, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software and, ideally, Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
