With 550 talented individuals across 7 offices, we’re recruiting a User Engagement Executive to join our welcoming Community Care Inform
Our User Engagement Executive role is a hybrid position with three days in-office at our Sutton, Surrey or Herne Hill, London offices. The starting salary is up to £29,000 (DOE) plus a bonus opportunity and company benefits.

- The opportunity to train social work professionals on how to use our range of online tools (either via virtual platforms or when needed face to face), project managing client engagement initiatives and supporting our sales team with account management tasks.
- Play a vital role in ensuring our customers maximise the value of the Community Care Inform tools, empowering social care professionals in their work.
- Contribute to shaping the overall strategy of the Community Care Inform team and lead initiatives to streamline account management processes.
- Be part of a team dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement in supporting social care professionals across England and Wales.

- Willingness to travel throughout England and Wales as required from time to time
