With 550 talented individuals across 7 offices, we’re recruiting an Event Executive to join MA Education and Music in London. This role is a hybrid position with three days in-office at our London Bridge location. The starting salary is £25,000 plus benefits.

As our Event Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of a range of events, including conferences, webinars, and exchange events.
Key responsibilities include:
Conferences:
- Assisting with logistics for MA Exhibitions, MA Education & Music Conferences.
- Supporting website building, booking delegates, and responding to enquiries.
- Handling event setup, including badge printing, signage, and delegate communications.
- Coordinating speaker logistics, such as booking hotels, chasing presentations, and gathering content for event handbooks.
- Providing onsite support, managing registration, and ensuring the day’s program runs smoothly.
Webinars:
- Setting up webinar pages and launching campaigns.
- Coordinating speaker technical rehearsals and assisting with webinar delivery.
Administration:
- Managing logistics, including collecting key information (e.g., dietary requirements and hotel preferences).
- Preparing meeting schedules and handling pre-event tasks.
- Assisting onsite at busy networking events, requiring excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
