With 550 talented individuals across seven offices, we’re excited to recruit a Sales Manager for our Printweek team, part of MA Business.
This hybrid role has three in-office days in Herne Hill. Our office situated next to Brockwell Park. The salary is £35,000 plus between £10,000 - £20,000 OTE, and company benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support commercial revenues for the prestigious Printweek Awards.
- Build strong relationships with recruitment clients and upsell packages.
- Proactively identify and secure new business across classified and recruitment sectors.
- Partner with the editorial team to find and secure native advertising opportunities.
- Maintain strong forward order bookings and ensure accurate and timely placement of bookings in the CRM system.
- Develop and implement effective renewal strategies for clients. (combine "classified and recruitment clients" into "clients")
- Collaborate with the DevTeam to improve the functionality of the jobs board and identify and resolve technical issues.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to the Commercial Director.
- Approve monthly pre-invoicing figures.

As our Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue for Printweek's market-leading online jobs board and classified sales (both print and online, including native advertising). Plus support commercial revenues for the awards. You will be responsible for developing and securing new business across both platforms while maximizing ROI and revenue for existing clients.
