CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
9 month maternity cover

We’re now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our subscriptions team on a 9-month maternity cover contract starting in September.
You’ll join our Subscriptions team of 17 people who thrive on collaboration, fresh ideas, and celebrating success. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with four days a week working from our Dinton, nr Salisbury office.
The salary is up to £25,000 (DOE), plus company benefits.
As the Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be:
- Handling customer enquiries by email and telephone, providing professional, polite, and productive communication.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong rapport with clients.
- Receiving and processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently – via email and telephone.
