Senior Conference Producer
Shape the future of critical communications by leading world-class conference programmes that inform, influence, and inspire a global audience

SENIOR CONFERENCE PRODUCER
For over 40 years we’ve connected specialist audiences with trusted content and events that make a difference. We’re proud of our culture; we champion passion, creativity, fairness, and growth at every level.
Now we’re looking for a Senior Conference Producer to bring fresh thinking and energy to our critical communications portfolio, including flagship events CCW and BAPCO. Whether you’re growing your career or ready for your next big move, you’ll find support, autonomy, and a team that cares.
You’ll join our MA Exhibitions team of talented professionals who thrive on collaboration, new ideas, and celebrating success together. Enjoy the best of both worlds with our hybrid model, three days a week in our Herne Hill office to connect, create, and grow together.
As Senior Conference Producer, you’ll lead the research, development, and delivery of high-impact content across our international critical communications events. You’ll create conference programmes that speak directly to the needs of our audience, working closely with senior stakeholders, global partners, and internal teams to drive attendance, shape thought leadership, and grow brand influence.
From building agendas and briefing speakers to managing advisory boards and leading on-site delivery, you’ll play a key role in how we engage audiences before, during, and after the event.
What we're looking for:
- Circa 5+ years of proven experience in B2B conference production with a strong research focus.
- Can build market-leading agendas that reflect the most pressing needs in sectors like emergency services, national infrastructure, and tech.
- Are confident working with senior-level stakeholders and delivering high-value content both on-site and digitally.
- Know how to use content strategy to support attendance growth, brand visibility, and commercial success.
- Are skilled at managing timelines, speakers, logistics, and cross-functional delivery.
- Can translate complex technology into clear, engaging content for a broad audience.
- Take initiative, solve problems fast, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Align naturally with our values: passionate, creative, fair, and nurturing.
What makes us different?
- Your growth, your way and develop your skills through our MAG Mentorship programme, training in person and online.
- A place to belong and share ideas with people who value creativity and fairness.
- You can make a significant impact by collaborating closely with managers and teams who will assist you in crafting work that resonates with our audiences and clients.
- Flexible, supportive culture. We want you to thrive inside and outside work.
We know great ideas can come from anywhere, so even if your background is a little unconventional, we’d still love to hear from you.
How to Stand Out
We want to see the real you. To help you shine:
- Share a short video intro (optional).
- Add a cover letter showing your personality and what excites you about this role.
- Include a recommendation from someone who knows your potential.
Diversity & Inclusion: We value diverse perspectives; they make us stronger. If you don’t meet every requirement but bring transferable skills, apply anyway.
Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Our Communities: We’re home to specialist brands across agriculture, business, education & music, exhibitions, financial media, healthcare, and travel retail.
We’re looking for thinkers, makers, questioners, and collaborators, not just people with the “right” CV. If you’re excited by change, ready to try new things, and have ideas that challenge the status quo, we want to hear from you.
We use technology to screen for AI-generated applications, ensuring a fair and human-led process. Please apply in your own words so we can get to know the real you.
