Senior Sales Executive – Education Portfolio
Hybrid (Herne Hill, 3 days in office)
The salary is up to £32,000 (DOE) plus circa £10,000 uncapped commission and company benefits.
Drive media sales and grow client partnerships across our education portfolio.
Are you motivated by sales success and excited to make an impact across education brands? Join us as a Senior Sales Executive on our education portfolio and help drive growth across our sector leading brands Nursery World and Children & Young People Now. You’ll combine commercial flair, relationship building, and a proactive approach to deliver results that connect professionals and support communities making a difference in children’s lives.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:
- Generate new business across the two leading brands, focussing on digital and content led marketing, print, events and awards.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Spot opportunities to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Keep on top of market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
What we are looking for
Must-haves:
- Drive and ambition to build an impactful career in media sales.
- Confidence in engaging with clients at all levels, from small businesses to industry leading organisations.
- A proactive mindset with the determination to exceed targets and take on new challenges.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-moving media environment.
- A can-do attitude, adaptability, and genuine enthusiasm for selling across different platforms.
- Successful sales experience in a business development, new business, sales and account management role.
Nice-to-haves:
- An interest in the education or children’s services sector.
- Experience selling multi-platform solutions (print, digital, events, or awards).
