Event Sales Director - Asset and Wealth Management (UK) Events
Hybrid (Location, 3 days in London office)
Salary is £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission and company benefits.

Join us as an Event Sales Director to drive revenue across our portfolio of asset and wealth management events, combining relationship building, strategic insight, and commercial acumen to shape industry conversations and connect senior financial professionals.
As an Event Sales Director, you will:
- Carry a quota and drive revenue across approximately 10 events.
- End-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, engaging prospects, meeting with clients both in person and virtually, negotiation, and closing of deals.
- Manage and expand relationships with global asset management professionals.
- Represent the brand at industry events and raise our profile with prospects and clients , establishing a strong presence
- Share market insights from client conversations to help shape the future event calendar.
- Provide accurate pipeline reporting to the Managing Director.
- Achieve revenue targets for each event and the annual portfolio.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and editorial to deliver high-quality events.
Must-haves:
- An understanding of the asset and wealth management sector is preferable; otherwise, a willingness to learn and embrace this sector.
- Confidence in engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and pipeline management skills.
- A driven approach to meeting and exceeding monthly and event-specific targets.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple commercial priorities. Flexible and adaptive approach to achieving work goals.
Nice-to-haves:
- You should possess knowledge of the asset and wealth management sector, or demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Experience selling into the financial sector.
- Familiarity with global events or international client portfolios.
