Event Executive – MA Exhibitions
Hybrid (Herne Hill, 3 days in office)
The salary is £25,000 (DOE) plus company benefits.
Are you passionate about events, enjoy creating memorable experiences, and ready to start a rewarding career in the industry? Join us as an Event Executive and support the smooth delivery of our market-leading exhibitions. You’ll use your organisation, communication, and teamwork skills to help create events that bring communities together and leave a lasting impact.
As an Event Executive, you will:
- Support marketing, sales, operations, and content teams on tasks that keep each event running smoothly from planning to delivery.
- Work closely with exhibitors to ensure a seamless and positive experience before, during, and after each event.
- Support with speakers by gathering biographies, AV requirements, expenses, and updating session information on the website.
- Upload recordings to YouTube and gather accurate details for show guides and re-book packs.
- Contribute to the wider exhibitions team to ensure every event meets its objectives and delivers real value for customers.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the resilience needed for busy event cycles.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with exhibitors, speakers, and internal teams.
- A genuine interest in events and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Nice-to-haves:
- Previous experience in events or B2B environments.
- An understanding of how exhibitions operate, from exhibitor processes to speaker management.
- Familiarity with digital tools, content platforms, or event technology.
- Experience supporting teams across multiple functions.
