Senior Conference Producer – Estates Gazette
Hybrid: Herne Hill, 3 days in the office
Salary: Up to £55,000, depending on experience and company benefits.
Contract: Permanent, full-time
As Senior Conference Producer, you'll lead the content behind some of the commercial real estate sector's most influential conferences, roundtables and events. Working at the heart of Estates Gazette's ambitious growth plans, you'll shape industry conversations, build relationships with senior leaders and create programmes that attract audiences, support commercial success and make a real impact.
Reporting to the Publisher, you'll take ownership of the content strategy and programme development for conferences, seminars, podcasts and partnership events. Working closely with Editorial, Sales, Marketing and Event Operations, you'll create compelling agendas, secure high-profile speakers and develop content-led opportunities that strengthen the Estates Gazette events portfolio.

What you’ll be doing
Lead the content development and programme production for Estates Gazette's conferences, seminars, roundtables, podcasts and partnership events.
Stay close to the commercial real estate market, turning emerging trends and insight into compelling agendas, speaker programmes and event formats that attract delegates and deliver value for sponsors.
Build and manage relationships with senior industry contacts, identifying and securing high-calibre speakers, moderators and contributors from across the built environment.
Work collaboratively with Editorial, Sales, Marketing and Event Operations to develop commercially successful events, support sponsorship opportunities, drive delegate acquisition and ensure flawless event delivery.
Support major industry events including MIPIM, UKREiiF and LREF, while managing multiple content projects and balancing deadlines, quality standards and commercial priorities.
Line manage two members of the Event Operations team, providing clear direction, support and oversight to ensure events are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Set the content strategy for the conference portfolio, taking ownership of quality, commercial performance and the continued growth of Estates Gazette's events.
Bring energy, curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset, spotting new opportunities, developing fresh ideas and helping shape the future growth of the events business.
Must-haves:
Proven experience producing commercially successful B2B conferences and events.
Confidence building relationships with senior industry leaders, speakers, sponsors and stakeholders.
Excellent research, content development, project management and organisational skills.
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to create event content that engages audiences and supports sponsorship and revenue growth.
The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
Experience leading or mentoring others, with the confidence to provide guidance and support.
Nice-to-haves:
At least five years' experience in conference or event production.
Experience within commercial real estate, the built environment or another specialist B2B market.
Experience producing conferences, roundtables, podcasts and partnership events.
International event experience, particularly around major industry events.
An entrepreneurial approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities, challenge ideas and contribute to business growth.
