Senior Marketing Executive -Exhibitions
Hybrid: (Location), 3 days in the office
Salary: £32,000 depending on experience and company benefits.
Commission: circa 20% OTE
Contract: Permanent, full-time

As Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in growing audiences and helping to deliver commercial growth across three of our market-leading exhibitions: Tes SEND Show, BDIA Dental Showcase and Critical Communications World.

What you’ll be doing
Own and deliver work that supports audience growth, engagement, and revenue.
Plan and prioritise activity against marketing, editorial, sales, operations and data.
Work closely with colleagues across editorial, sales, marketing, events, product and data.
Use insight, feedback and performance data to improve results.
Build strong relationships with other internal teams, clients and audiences.
Bring ideas that improve quality, process, customer experience or commercial return.
Must-haves:
Proven ability to work alongside senior members of the marketing team, confidently input into developing, implementing and helping to manage a targeted 12-month multi-channel marketing campaign across different markets and audiences
Confidently work with wider teams and report back to senior stakeholders within the business on results and actions
Strong organisational skills, multitasking and an eye for detail are essential
Nice-to-haves:
2+ years of hands-on marketing experience within B2B events, ideally exhibitions
Familiarity with using CMS, ESPs, creative copywriting and basic analytics
