EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Ground Handling International
This is a temporary 12-week contract, starting in mid-to-late August and finishing around November 7.
£12.80 per hour, with Monday to Thursday hours (increasing to Monday to Friday during November), 9am–5pm with flexibility based on availability.

Now we’re looking for an Executive Administrator to bring precision, tech confidence, and great organisation to our Ground Handling International (GHI) team. As Executive Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of delivering the flagship Annual GHI Conference, supporting a global community of over 1,000 aviation business leaders. Your work will help power our One-to-One Meetings Planner, a crucial tool for senior delegates driving commercial growth across the industry. You’ll ensure our systems, records, and communications are accurate, professional, and ready to meet the high standards our clients expect.
What we’re looking for
- Confidence using digital tools, with strong IT and admin skills
- Pride in your accuracy, organisation, and quality of work
- A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working in a close-knit team
- The ability to balance multiple tasks calmly and professionally
- A proactive, reliable approach with a strong sense of ownership
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and managing delegate meeting requests through our planning software
- Updating attendee conference pages and website content (logos, bios, etc.)
- Responding to email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Updating the CRM and improving data accuracy
- Sending out invoices (once generated)
- Supporting the creation of social media templates and design
