Event Manager – Awards Portfolio
The salary is £30,000-£35,000 (DOE) and company benefits.

As our Event Manager on our awards, you’ll take charge of some of the most prestigious awards in music, HR, and agriculture, bringing creativity and precision to every stage. From sourcing venues and coordinating AV to running awards on the day, you’ll ensure each awards run smoothly. Working with event and marketing executives, you’ll manage entries, the judging process, delegate bookings, and guest lists while building strong relationships with your clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
What we’re looking for
- Strong awards management experience, with the ability to oversee a full event cycle from venue sourcing, budget management, and stakeholder and supplier liaison to running awards onsite.
- Project management experience.
- Exceptional organisational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and work to strict deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication and build relationships with colleagues, suppliers, speakers, and partners.
- Proven track record in managing high-profile awards.
- A desire to contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture that celebrates shared success.

- Ability to attend awards and work flexible hours, including evenings, as awards often run late into the night.
- Knowledge of registration systems.
