From day 1 you are eligible. Our scheme provides some protection for employees’ dependants in the tragic event of death in service. Mark Allen will pay a lump sum of 4x basic salary to your nominated beneficiary

Mark Allen will pay the cost of a standard eye test once every two years or sooner if recommended by an optician
