SALES MANAGER

Mark Allen is a growing media organisation, with 550 MAG-nificent individuals across 7 sites and we are recruiting a Sales Manager to excel in retaining and growing revenue from asset managers and media agencies in our existing network, plus uncovering new business opportunities from outside of a list of named accounts.

This hybrid role is 3 days in our Herne Hill office next to the beautiful surroundings of Brockwell Park. The salary range of £45,000 -£50,000 plus OTE. We will provide on-the-job training where required so you feel fully supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers from the asset management industry and associated media agencies - via face-to-face, phone, and email.
- Retain and grow advertising revenue from within a named list of accounts.
- Drive new business revenue from prospects outside of a named list of accounts, plus identify and upsell additional product lines into named accounts to drive further account growth.

Manage the whole sales process, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and closing; ensuring accurate forecasting and account planning.
- Work collaboratively with the relevant teams across the business (commercial, marketing, production, delivery, editorial) to produce bespoke marketing solutions to support client marketing objectives.
- You will be responsible for sales across a suite of products, including multimedia advertising solutions across print, digital, audio and video; bespoke content creation programs and content marketing solutions; and custom research.
